Discover the art of wabi-sabi, or finding beauty in imperfection, at Open Studio’s Annual Artist Proof Sale! Known as one of Canada’s leading contemporary printmaking studios (and producer of the very popular Printopolis symposium), artists will be offering original, one-of-a-kind screenprints, etchings, lithographs and relief prints ranging from $50-$300. The sale kicks off on December 2 and runs through December 18, Tuesday through Saturday, from noon to 5:00 pm.

British Elegance

After a frustrating morning spent on the phone with my credit card company, I stumbled across this beautiful image by photographer Holly Booth in the latest edition of Viva LaModa magazine.

Don't you just love the soft, muted colours set against the overcast English countryside?

It makes me want to grab a cozy coat and a warm spot of tea before skipping across the pond for some adventures of my own.
